When will I receive my files?
Within seconds of completing payment. Checkout and instant file delivery are handled by Gumroad — your download link arrives by email. If it doesn't show up, check your spam folder first, then email us at ewicherski@nextstep-es.com and we'll make sure you get your files.
What does "all sales are final" mean?
Every product is a digital download — PD decks, slide files, facilitator guides, handouts, and templates. Because these files are delivered instantly and can be copied, viewed, or used the moment they arrive, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, returns, or partial credits once a purchase is completed.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
No. Because the files transfer to you immediately at checkout, we can't take them back. If something about a deck isn't what you expected, email us at ewicherski@nextstep-es.com — we'd rather hear from you than leave you stuck.
What should I check before buying?
Read the full product description, slide count, runtime, and format. Review the preview images and sample slides on the product page. Confirm the license fits your use (single building vs. district) and that the file format (PowerPoint, Google Slides, PDF) works for you. If anything is unclear, email us at ewicherski@nextstep-es.com first and we'll answer before you check out.
What if my file is corrupted or the wrong item?
Email us at ewicherski@nextstep-es.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and we'll replace the file at no cost. This is a fix, not a refund — you'll get the working file you paid for.
What happens if I dispute a charge?
If something's wrong, please email us at ewicherski@nextstep-es.com before disputing the charge with your bank — we respond fast and would much rather fix the problem directly than through a dispute.
Who do I contact if I have questions before buying?
