Quick answers
Are both the regular and extended workshops included?▼
Yes — you get both at the price shown. Regular Workshop: 25 slides (including 2 covers). Extended Workshop: 41 slides (including 2 covers). Both are fully speaker-noted.
What changes between the regular and extended workshops?▼
The Extended Workshop adds discussion slides, hands-on activities, case studies, and extended practice scenarios for a full 3-hour PD block. The Regular Workshop keeps the same core objectives and key takeaways, trimmed for a 60–90 minute session. Both include cover slides and full speaker notes.
Can I edit the slides?▼
Absolutely. You will receive fully editable PowerPoint files so you can adapt content to your school’s needs, add your own branding, or rearrange slides.
What exactly is included in the price shown?▼
You receive the full slide deck(s), facilitator notes, participant handouts, and any built-in reflection or assessment tools. There are no extra add-ons or surprise fees — everything you need to run the PD is covered.

By the end of this PD, participants will:
- Inclusion is a system, not a place — identify the specific systems (co-teaching, accommodations, executive-function supports, collaboration) that make it work
- Structure over goodwill — see how co-teaching, accommodation delivery, and collaboration succeed through defined roles and structure, not effort alone
- Accommodations vs. modifications — know the difference (changing how vs. what a student learns) and when each applies
- Executive function as skills — frame EF gaps as skills to scaffold, not character issues to manage
- A Monday commitment — leave committed to one concrete system change they'll make by the following Monday
- Ready-to-use templates — co-planning forms, accommodations-at-a-glance cards, and team-commitment sheets to make it stick
